About Karen

I have always had an interest in complementary therapies but decided to train as a Bowen Therapist when I was introduced to the technique by my GP whilst suffering migraines during my third pregnancy.

I qualified in June 2005 and went on to achieve my Masters certificate in 2016.

My positive experiences with the Bowen Technique encouraged me to also qualify in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in order to help both my own family and others.  I now have 21 years experience in these therapies.

I also won two awards at the LUX Health, Beauty & Wellness Awards 2017, namely LUX Excellence Award in Reflexology for the South West and Indian Head Massage Therapist of the Year for Gloucestershire!

I am married with three children and two dogs and have clinics in Cirencester, Southrop & Stow on the Wold.
